Questions owners ask.
What happens when the internet goes down?
You keep billing. Bills, KOTs and printing work on the counter PC. When the net comes back, every bill syncs to HQ by itself. Your owner view catches up once it syncs.
Can I use my current billing PC and printer?
In most cases, yes. billOn runs on a Windows PC with a thermal printer and cash drawer. We check your hardware before go-live, and if anything needs replacing, we tell you upfront.
How do I move from my current billing software?
We set up your menu, prices and outlets for you. Then billOn runs side by side with your old system until the bills match. You switch only when you are ready, and never in your festival rush.
Will my staff find it hard?
The counter screen is made for busy hands: big buttons, item photos, quick search. We train your team at the counter on go-live day, in Tamil or English.
Does it handle GST, FSSAI, e-invoice and Tally?
Yes. HSN and GST rate on every item, your FSSAI number on every bill, B2B bills with e-invoice, and an export to Tally for your accountant.
Do you work with Swiggy and Zomato?
Direct order sync is coming soon. Today, every online order bill is tagged by app, so your GST and reports stay correct. We will tell you the day sync goes live.
